Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled, compassionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our supportive team as an independent contractor (1099). This is a true high-earning opportunity in a busy practice with no overhead for you. Compensation ranges from $55–$85+ per service hour after tips. Focus on what you love while we handle marketing, linens, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customized therapeutic and relaxation massages
- Perform thorough intakes and tailor every session
- Maintain clean, calm, and welcoming treatment rooms
- Complete clear SOAP notes in our easy software
- Light restocking of oils/lotions between clients (all linens handled by professional linen service)
- Occasionally assist with greeting clients and booking appointments
(No product sales or upselling required.)
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire Massage Therapist License (LMT) in good standing
- Active professional liability insurance (proof required)
- Minimum 1 year professional experience strongly preferred (exceptional new grads with strong prenatal/therapeutic interest considered)
- Comfort and confidence working with prenatal, postpartum, and pelvic-health clients
- Availability for 1–2 evening shifts AND at least one weekend shift per week
- Warm, professional, and eager-to-learn attitude
Compensation & Perks
- 50%–60% commission per session (higher end for experience, specialty certifications, and performance)
- 100% of all tips (most sessions $20–$45+)
- Realistic take-home: $55–$85+ per service hour

Especially Welcome
- Advanced training in Prenatal & Postpartum Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Scar-Tissue Work, or Pelvic-Floor-Supportive Bodywork
- Enthusiasm for one-on-one mentoring and specialized continuing education
- Existing client following is a bonus
